001. Your graphics must be at around the same skill level as mine.
002. Your site must get around 50+ views a day to be a normal affiliate, and around 100+ to be top. Although exceptions may be made based on quality.
003. Established sites are preferred.
004. Your site must be hosted, or be a domain. Freewebs, geocities, etc. is not desired.
005. I will accept just about any kind of graphic site--if appropriate of course. Blog sites are alright if they include some content as well.
006. Site must be updated once every couple of weeks at least.
007. It is preferred that we keep in contact, whether that's by commenting each other's blogs or through e-mail. I want it to be more than just a link exchange.
Exceptions to most of these requirements may be made for sites with exceptional content.
